Joined as the first marketing hire. Built the entire brand infrastructure from scratch. Simultaneously built and ran the full performance engine across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Flipkart. Direct ownership of ROAS, ACOS, CAC. Built influencer strategy from zero, activated 200+ creators in 6 months. Led athlete partnership direction with Shikhar Dhawan.

Full GTM for Lumio's debut TV lineup. Positioning, campaign direction, copy ("Fast. Fluid. Flagship."), Mint Lounge print ad ("Your TV is stealing 24 days of your life"), product film scripting, PR narrative, influencer briefing, marketplace content and the entire performance infrastructure, built from zero.


Led end-to-end launch of Lumio's Arc projector range. Brand narrative, PR coverage in The Indian Express, F1 fan event activations, influencer community previews, full-funnel digital campaigns.



Full launch plan and campaign for the SuperNote positioning. Owned messaging, assets, digital strategy, and retail execution. Personally took the stage at multi-city roadshows as brand spokesperson.

Real-time surprise reveal requiring parallel planning, live pivots, and airtight execution. Collaborated with world-renowned photographer Alan Schaller for the imaging narrative. 191,500 people watching live.

Full marketing and project management for Xiaomi's first Leica co-engineered flagship in India. Led the Xiaomi x Leica Day briefing with global leadership, owned all creative assets, keynote scripting, PR TML, and launch event.



Led the #DiwaliWithMi 360 degree campaign with Pankaj Tripathi and Disha Patani. Led the Redmi 13 5G campaign with Nora Fatehi. Managed the Katrina Kaif brand ambassador reunion. Cultural framing drove measurable sentiment lift and record revenue windows.

Conceived and executed a PR stunt to prove waterproofing: India's first underwater unboxing, filmed live at a hotel pool. Earned coverage on afaqs.com and significant organic reach.

Organised and hosted Lumio Vision fan events and influencer preview sessions across cities. Stood on stage to present the product, demonstrate features, and build brand community from the ground up.
